Dear sirs,
We are being an indenting house and commission agent for variety of agro commodity products. At the moment one of our customer is interested to import 12,500 MT Sugar Icumsa 150 and 25,000 MT Yellow Corn # 2. If you can supply, kindly quote your best CIF price by sea upto Chittagong port of Bangladesh (including US$ 10/MT as our sales commission) indicating product specifications, country of origin, port of loading, port of destination (Chittagong port of Bangladesh), crop of year, payment tersm etc.
Payment would be made at destination port within 48 hours after arrival of vessel.
Seller has to provide 2% PBG by bank draft and not in normal term.
If you can agree on the above points, you may make soft quote on your letter head with authoirzed signature and stamp seal with the workable price so as to enable us to collect the LOI and BCL from our customer for further development.
