Dear Sir,
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to confirm our interest to purchase gold dust on a regular basis that we will refine in Switzerland or London or Belgium.
On the strict basis that all shipments will include the following documents:
Certificate of Origin
Export licence
Assay report in the country of origin
Shipment by Air quoting AWB number
Seller invoice in triplicate.
The initial quantity required 100 Kilograms and to follow same quantity every 15 days.
Upon arrival of the gold dust in destination we will issue POF from a major bank to verify our ability to pay after the Assay report done by our refinery.
All payments will be based upon the agreed price of the Gold Dust between us and the supplier and calculated and based on the second London Fixing.
