Many families and individuals are searching for a room in a compound, a place to live but it was all occupied. We have already the land for about 1,000,000 SQ Meters up to 2,000,000 SQ Meters. We need investors for this project to finance the said compound project.
Travel Agency – We already have the license for the business for travel agency. Here in Saudi Arabia it is very hard to get a license. Right now, this kind of business is booming because the percentage of the visitors and expatriates are getting bigger and bigger. So we want to start this kind of business and we are seeking for the right investor to finance and to manage the travel agency. We can use the name, management, operation of your existing company, it depends on the negotiation.
