OUR PROCEDURES:

PAYMENT:

The financial instruments must be issued or confirmed by Bank Top25 and will be assignable, transferable or Non-Transferable, unconditional, divisible, negotiable, unrestricted and ununcumbered payable LC: DLC, SBLC, BG or Revolving LC.

PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% (two percent).

INSPECTION: Quality, Quantity, Weight and Photo to be carried by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) or equivalent at Seller’s cost, final at port of loading.

PROCEDURES:

1- Buyer issues LOI with full banking coordinates along with Bank Comfort Letter (BCL).
2- Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
3- Buyer signs, seal and return FCO to Seller.
4- Contract is signed and exchanged via fax or e-mail and hard copies.
5- Buyer’s bank issues Proof of Funds (POF) and draft of LC or BG and Seller’s bank responds with Proof of Product (POP) and approves LC draft.
6- Buyers bank issues LC pre-advice, to become operative when the 2% Performance Bond (PB) is received.
7- Seller’s bank issues 2% PB to activate LC.
Shipments commences as per Contract
