We have been informed by the Seller that they can issue Allocation Number along with Draft Contract. Buyer can verify Allocation Number, sign the contract and issue Pre-Advice L/c, asap

To get the Allocation Number with Contract:
Buyer has to open Stand By L/c for US$178,000 which is payable after 1st Shipment reaches the unloading port. The amount is fully refundable. (within 10 days).

PROCEDURE:
1. BUYER issues ICPO with Soft Probe, Specification & Name of the L/c issuing Bank, also confirmation for issuing SBLC for US$ 178,000 payable after 1st Shipment arrives at the unloading port.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer accepts the offer, seal, sign and returns the FCO through us.
4. Conference between Buyer and Seller.
5. Buyer issues SBLC for 178,000USD
6. Seller issue Contract with Allocation Number.
7. Both parties exchange sign Contract.
8. Buyer issues Pre-Advice
9. Seller issues PB 2%
10. Buyer issues TRDLC
11. Shipment.
12. US$ 178,000 refunded to the Buyer within 10 days.
