Concrete formwork suitable for wall and slab areas


PROCESSING HITS:

1. RELEASE AGENTS:

Release agents are always to be applied very thinly and if necessary smoothed off again with a rubber wiper or cloth before each use.

After striking, the formwork units should be immediately cleaned again. From time to time the formwork units / plywood should be cleaned with a detergent to avoid the shuttering panels becoming too “greasy”. Also before each concreting use the panels should be cleaned to remove any possible pollution (e.g. flower pollen, brake dust etc.), so that the concreting result is not affected.

2. EDGE TREATMENT / EDGE SEALING:

As soon as plywood is cut, attention should be given to the cut edges being immediately sealed again.
