The company was established in 1972, thanks to the enthusiastic passion of the founder and his wife, truffle experts who handed their fervour and zeal down to their children and who have continued the family tradition, loyal to the same values.

The company is located in Campello sul Clitunno, near Perugia, the region of Umbria, famous for its black truffles, known and appreciated all over the world.

Over the years the company has retained its original family business identity, also thanks to the cooperation of highly qualified figures with specific expertise in this sector, carefully handling each truffle with special attention.

This approach has allowed to establish successfully in Italy, Europe and worldwide. Truffle processing requires highly specialized techniques, born of many years experience and an ancient tradition, concentrating on the purchase of truffle stock that is graded by variety, item and quality, with the purpose of achieving the best possible price-quality ratio.

Processing stages are absolutely traditional: from gathering in the woods by truffle hunters to purchasing at the most accredited markets, from washing with fresh water to meticulous selection and various types of preservation. Whilst making use of the most sophisticated machine technology, the purpose is to protect all the genuineness, flavour and aroma, avoiding the use of colorants-as required by law-, seeking rather to improve the shelf-life of a product that deteriorates in just a few days when it is fresh. In this way, nothing can alter the quality of truffles that are packed whole, in pieces or as pate in tins or glass jars and sold at extremely competitive prices.
