BACKVERR TYPE R is the new protective electric insulation film (back sheet) for photovoltaic (PV) module.

BACKVERR TYPE R is especially used for PV module with both crystalline and amorphous type silicon cell. It has excellent durability and electrical properties.

Structure:

BACKVERR TYPE R is a composite insulation sheet which consis of weather resistant film, moisture barrier layer and electrical insulation film as substrates and each layers are bonded by thermosetting adhesive. (Please refer to the attached picture)

Feature:

1. Excellent weather resistance - High thermal, humidity, UV, gas barrier and environmental resistance.
2. Excellent electrical properties - Electrical defect less and high di-electric breakdown voltage for whole area.
3. Excellent mechnical propeties - High tensile strength, low elongation and high tearing strength.
4. Excellent compatibility and adhesion properties with EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) encapsulating materials.
5. Appropriate flexibility and excellent workability for packaging module.
