Commodity: High Speed Diesel Fuel (D2)
Quantity: 500,000 mt/month to 5 million mt/month for 12 month plus rolls and extensions, discount/mt: $00 gross and $00 net, CIF, by Documentary Letter of Credit or at fixed price of $4xx.
Origin: Russia or seller's option
Packing: In bulk
Destination: ASWP
Delivery: Within 30-45 days after receipt of buyer payment instruction document.
Terms: CIF ASWP
Payment: Buyer is to issue an Irrevocable, Confirmed, Twelve (12) month Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) payable 100% at sight on loading port at counter of the seller's bank against the shipping documents.
Inspection: By SGS at port of loading on seller's account
Performance bond:2% of monthly revolving LC amount
