Hello,
I am DIRECT with a real buyer of rough diamonds, 5 carats and larger only; up to $5 million monthly; and, New York City delivery via Malca Amit (preferred) or Brinks.
They have been in the diamond business for generations and have recently added roughs to their cut and polished business.
There is a 3% commission available split 50-50 between the buyer and seller sides, provided the seller does not contribute anything towards commissions.
My clients will not advance any fees, but they will REIMBURSE the sellers travel and lodging expenses, AFTER the closing of the transaction in New York City.
Chance to make some nice monthly income, since after the first spot buy for cash/wire transfer, they would consider monthly business.
Have a sanitized LOI. Have a BCL for the serious seller.
A manifest with pricing gets us started.
