Mica is a kind of natural mineral in the earth, with very exceptional physical characteristics. It can withstand high temperature, be flame-retardant, and conduct very little heat. Natrual mica has a good dielectric strength. It is tolerant of water and most chemical agents. Muscovite phlogopite and synthetic mica are widely used in electrical insulation and thermal insulation field. Available types:
1. Mica paper (Calcined/Uncalcined/Synthetic)
2. Mica plate
- Heater mica plate HP5 (rigid, flexible-with silicone resin)
- Commutator mica plate (with epoxy resin)
- Moulding mica plate (with shellac, silicone...)
- Mica splitting plate (with or without supporting material)
3. Mica tape (we laminate mica paper together with different backing materials, such as Glass cloth, Polyester film, Polyimide film, Glass yarn, PE film, Ceramic paper...)
4. Ceramic fiber mica tape;
5. We also produce mica sheet according to customer's drawing.
