Trade Lead Description:

4. The maintenance and service undertaken by the Contractor under this agreement shall not include repairs of a major nature that shall be separately paid for by the Resident.

5. The service fee provided in Clause 2. above shall not include replacement parts and refrigerant that shall be separately paid for by the Resident.

6. The Contractor shall not be liable to the Resident for any loss or damage caused to the Resident or the Apartment at which the Air-conditioning Units are installed as a result of the maintenance and service of the Air-conditioning Units undertaken by the Contractor or of any defects in the Air-conditioning Units.

This Agreement may be terminated by giving one month’s notice in writing by either party. All the service fee is not refundable.
