Semi Automatic Weigh Filling Machine suitable for filling all granular products and free flowing powders.
Available in Single Head, Twin Head, 4 Head... up to 10 Head Models. Machines are loadcell based. Each head supported by twin vibrator feeds for coarse and fine filling weights. Can achieve accuracy of up to +- 1 %. All contact parts are in Stainless Steel. Entire machine can also be supplied in Stainless Steel (GMP Model), as may be required by the client. Machine is controlled by microprocessor through key pad given on the control panel. Tare weight, In-flight weight, auto correction, weight display, pouch counter, individual vibrator control, coarse and fine settings are in built features.
Excellent for small repackers and Super Markets in Malls.
