We are a frozen food manufacturer in Taiwan and looking for mozzarella cheese for our frozen pizza and pasta topping.
The terms of the product we demand as follows:
Mozzarella cheese-
Shape type: shredded and in blocks
Specifications: lower in FDB (less oily), higher in Protein, good stretch ability and heating resistance. It can be made from cow milk, buffalo milk or goat milk (buffalo is our preference.)
Unit weight: about 5kg per bag or block
Incoterm: C&F Taichung port of Taiwan
Intended order quantity: minimum 20 MT per month
Payment terms: L/C or T/T
Please quote your favorable price, stating the origin, product detailed specifications, net unit weight, net volume weight of one 20" (or 40") reefer and estimated delivery date.
