Trade Lead Description:
1. for production of Fuel Oil from old automobile tires and plastic.
Per 24 hours from 5.0 tons of old tires we receive the following products:
-fuel oil, sulphur 0.4% – 2,0 MT (for boiler-houses)
-carbonic firm residue - 1,5 MT (may be used as firm fuel, a sorbent, a substitute of the activated coal).
-metal cord - 0,5 MT
-gas – 1.0 MT (the installation uses about 50% of pirolis gas for processing).
2. for capital repairs of soft roofs covered by the prepared roofing paper with bitumen using a new technology: cutting an old roofing, thermo regeneration of old roofing into a hot compound, covering of the roof by the hot compound of thickness 10-20 mm. All works are fulfilled on the roof.
Advantages: high quality, no air and water bubbles, reliable adhesion, no need in new materials, low cost of works.
3. Electric economic compact heating boilers of ionization principle of action, аnode-cathode type. Provide the necessary temperature working from 4 till 8 hours.
