Trade Lead Description:
Triskan TS8 is a mobile scanner, meaning that it communicates to server and receives/sends information to a remote database.
Scanner works in GPRS or WLAN network and has built-in Bluetooth module.
There is a way to use the scanner as a standalone device when connection to the server (database) is not available (onboard, places without GPRS or WLAN network etc.). In this case all information is stored locally in the hand held-device (on micro-SD card).
Triskan TS8 has one of the following information reading/scanning modules (“head”)
1D bar codes reader;
RFID tags reader;
bar codes and RFID tags reader;
ChipCards reader;
1D bar code and 2D matrix codes reader.
Scalable platform of device allows changing reading modules (“heads”) in accordance with Customer's need.
