Trade Lead Description:

1. Efficacy studies will begin latest 9/1/2009 and last 60 days
2. The MINI and PORTABLE RF device must be bipolar, minimum 5Mhz, max
10kg., 110VAC and minimum 80watts (unless substantiation exists that
specifications are
no warranted)
2. Vendor must provide clinical studies, preferably certified and done
through an affiliated hospital; if not available vendor can provide
six high-res non-retouched photos of before and after treatments from
the actual
identical RF device he/she is quoting.
3. Vendor will guarantee the device for one year and will train a
local technician for servicing (training at factory site)
4. Vendor will quote a price for 48 devices
5. Vendor will quote a 1x sample price, shipped via EMS International to
Mexico City, D.F. Mexico 06030
6. The SPA will purchase three RF machines from three different
vendors and begin trials 9/1/09.
7. Vendor should submit a quotation no later then 8/15/09.
