Once we find the motor we need and complete our working model we will need about 500 Brushless DC Motors per year.

Brushless DC Motor
2 or 4 pole (4 pole preferred)
diameter no larger than 1.5" (38 mm)
hall sensor commutation
Planetary gearbox with all metal gears capable of handling 10+ NM
1st configuration: Motor + planetary gearbox capable of generating 15 NM peak torque with minimum 250 rpms
2nd configuration: Motor + planetary gearbox capable of generating 5 NM peak torque with minimum of 800 rpms
Preferred slottless but willing to look at any product with above specifications.
We needa sample qty of 2 for each type (total of 4)
and upon inspection and approval, quantity purchase will be negotiated.
