Within one day a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), addressed to the buyer, is issued by the refinery agent, stating that the same terms will be in a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and in the contract provided by the refinery/seller. 3. Together with the SCO, two letters are issued to the buyer: a) A letter agreeing to do POF via Swift to the refinery’s bank, after getting their full details and SWIFT instruction. b) A letter agreeing that total commission of X USD/MT to be shared between refinery agent and introducers on the buyer’s side (if any) and that the refinery will act as the paymaster. 4.
