 Mobile solar chargers for cellphones (Offer to Buy)

Last year I bought between ten to twenty samples of fifteen different solar chargers with built-in battery from five different firms through this website. None of them fulfilled what they promised, they could not fully charge a normal mobile phone. The output was between 50 - 70% below what was stated.
However, i am still interested in finding a partner/supplier/contact in China or elsewhere, who can deliver solar chargers with built in battery that can fully charge a normal mobile phone (Ericsson K530i has a battery capacity at 950 mAh, 3,5V).
