FLY ASH: Novel Usage - Proposal for Cooperation
We developed novel polymer building materials which contain Fly Ash as filler.
Artificial Porous Woods contain up to 80% of fly ash and plastic waste as binder but have no natural wood waste as WPC (Wood Plastic Composites). It uses both for indoors and outdoors as sidings, decking, fence, furniture, window and door frames, etc.
Fire Resistant Foams contain up to 70% and plastic binder to replace non-fire resistant polystyrene foams. It uses for thermal insulation of external panels, pipelines, and internal layers of sandwiches.
The developed eco-friendly and very inexpensive materials help to recycle of billion tons of fly ash and plastics waste.
We provide technology license and seek cooperation with partners which produce/sell fly ash or plastic materials to set up production in Russia or worldwide.
