Glassmat Laminated Sheets
Glassmat laminated sheets are made with chopped strand mats, which are VA product, less expensive than glass fiber cloth. These products contain two types of resin, such as unsaturated polyester and epoxy, along with added inorganic filler. They are used as a general electrical insulator, especially in heavy electric machinery parts because of their excellent arc resistance and tracking resistance.
