We produce cold processed virgin coconut oil. Virgin coconut oil is obtained from fresh, mature kernel of coconuts, without the use of heat, without undergoing chemical refining, bleaching or deodorizing, and which does not lead the alteration of the nature of the oil. Virgin coconut oil is suitable consumption without the need for further processing. Virgin coconut oil is called the healthiest vegetable oil, because is has medium chain fatty acids (caproic c6, caprylic c8, capric c10 and lauric c12) that are said to be the most potent in fighting lipid coated microorganisms (like sars) not normally cured by ordinary antibiotics. Their monoglyceride forms are called monolaurin and monocaprin. It also has natural tocopherol (vit. A, c&e). Because of the medical benefits it offer, it is best for dietary or food supplement.
