TML was established in 1992 by four
engineers who had started working
together twenty years earlier as the
management team of a major
international construction project. In the
following years parallel to the growth of
the construction company they had
been associated to, they became its
partners. Under their management,
projects worth a total of over three
billion US Dollars in three continents -
Africa, Asia and Europe - and in five
countries - Libya, Saudi Arabia, Iran,
Tunisia and Turkey - were completed.
TML is presently active in Turkey, Libya,
Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Bosnia and
