Camellia oil is also called Wild camellia oil, or camellia seed oil. It is refined from camellia tree seeds. The procedure of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods. It is a natural green cooking oil. It doesn’t contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, Oleic acid 80-83%,Linoleic acid,7-13% it is rich in protein and Vitamin A,B,D,E and various minerals, such as P, Za, Ca, Fe, Mn and Mg. Especially it is rich in Linoleic acid which cannot be produced by the body. It has been proved that its Oleic acid and Linoleic acid are higher than olive oil.
Camellia oil contains a high amount of single unsaturated fatty acid that up to 85% which exceeds that of olive oil. Besides, it contains vitamins A, B & E So it is healthcare nutritional edible oil. With 220?? smoke point, it is suitable for every means of cooking, including braizing, steaming, stir-frying and so on. It can also used in salad.
Keeping using camellia oil can reduce the cholesterin content in blood and promote the function of digestive system; prevent our body from arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease; anti-radiation; anti-senescence, etc. Actually, it is the best choice as cooking oil for you.
Packing of 500ml glass bottle, 4-liter tin, 18-liter tin, 200-liter metal drum are all available. The color of camellia oil can be adjusted from Red 1 to 4, Yellow 10 to 60 on request.
The FFA of camellia oil can be adjusted from 0.1 to 10 on request.
Peroxide value of oil can be adjusted from 3 to 20 on request. No antioxidant is added to the camellia oil. The camellia Oil should be stored at a cool (10-20??) and dry place, protected from light. The shelf life of the camellia oil is 2 years in the original package. Once opened, the camellia oil should be used within 6 months.
